Hammary was founded in October of 1943 by Hamilton Louden Bruce when they started producing lawn chairs.
The Hammary brand name is a product of combining the founder’s name Hamilton (Ham) with his wife’s name Mary.
In 1947, Hammary stopped making lawn chairs and focused on manufacturing tables.
They continued to grow and diversify their product offering until they were eventually purchased by La-Z-Boy.
Today, Hammary is distributed throughout the United States and Canada with a focus on high quality products and customer service.
