Meet Kalin Clark! Degreed Interior Designer in Greenville, SC
La-Z-Boy Southeast | May 18, 2026

Kalin Clark is an interior designer at La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries in Greenville, South Carolina. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and originally hails from Orlando, Florida.
Her love of design started early. As a kid, she and her brother rearranged her bedroom almost every day — something she’s pretty sure drove her parents crazy. She spent hours playing computer games where you could design someone’s room, and that combination of hands-on rearranging and creative play is what sparked a lifelong passion for interior design.
What Kalin enjoys most about her work is that no two clients are ever the same. Everyone has different tastes, different layouts, and different ideas about what makes a space feel like home, and she finds that variety is what keeps the job interesting. Her personal design style leans transitional. She loves working with a foundation of neutrals and then layering in color through rugs, throw pillows, and accent pieces. Clients who want to introduce a little color into their space are her favorite projects to take on.
Kalin believes interior design matters because what fits and looks great in one home won’t necessarily work in another. That’s where having a designer makes a real difference. When clients are concerned about how new furniture will work in their space, she’ll schedule a home visit to take measurements, then bring those dimensions back to the store and build everything out in a 3D room planner. Clients come back in for a full presentation where they can see the layout, sit on the furniture again, and make adjustments — because it’s always easier to move things around on a screen than in person. She also brings fabric samples out to the home so clients can see how colors and textures work alongside their existing wood tones, paint, and furniture before making any final decisions.
Kalin is available for complimentary design appointments at the La-Z-Boy in Greenville, South Carolina.
