Special Orders: Items not in stock at time of purchase are SPECIAL ORDERS. Special Orders are not subject to Cancellation, Refund or Exchange. A 50% initial deposit is required for a special-order purchase. All deposits on special orders are non-refundable. Component delays can detain an order and are outside of La-Z-Boy control. All special orders must be paid in full and scheduled for delivery within 30 days of all merchandise being received into our warehouse. Product image may differ from actual furniture item. LA-Z-BOY products are hand crafted and variations from standard dimensions and appearance can occur. Construction differences in upholstery covering (fabric and leather) can cause variances in dimensions and feel.
IN-STOCK ORDERS require at least 50% deposit on the original order date. For a sale to qualify for a zero-down payment, it must be approved for 100% financing and the contract must be submitted for the finance company to fund the total order immediately. All stock orders must be paid in full and scheduled for delivery within 30 days of the original order date or within 30 days of the arrival of the last item if any item on the ticket was not ready for immediate delivery.
Exchange or refund of any regular priced IN-STOCK item will be honored within 7 days from possession. Refunds can only be processed once product is physically returned to one of our facilities. All returns must be in “new” condition (no smoke, pet odors, hair, soil, etc.). All purchases made by cash or check are refunded by check from our corporate office and can take 10-12 business days to process. All purchases made by third-party financing or credit card will be refunded to the finance company or credit card company; the applicable third-party would then be responsible for refunding customer. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE) for any items marked as CLEARANCE, or “AS-IS”, and all of these items must be paid in full at time of purchase.
Financed Sales are financed through a third-party finance company, not through LA-Z-BOY. For Special Orders, total authorized account balance will be submitted to the Finance Company for funding when all product is received in our warehouse. Any amount funded by the finance company will immediately trigger a payment cycle. Payments on funded deposit amounts will commence on a separate schedule within 20 days of the funding.
All Unpaid Balances must be paid in full before pickup or delivery can be scheduled. If a partial delivery is made, a minimum 50% deposit must be maintained on all undelivered items.
DELIVERIES: LA-Z-BOY will coordinate the delivery date. Customers will receive a call the day before delivery informing them as to an approximate three (3) hour timeframe. Delivery related damage to the product must be reported within 48 hours of said delivery. Professional delivery service, within 50 miles of purchasing store, includes a one-year in-home service at no charge for warranty related issues. Mileage fees apply for all delivery service outside of this 50-mile provision.

DELIVERY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel delivery. A 10% restocking fee (not to exceed $200) will apply if you reschedule less than 48 hours prior to delivery, or if no one is home when the delivery team arrives at the agreed upon time frame.
All used furniture picked up for Trade-In Event must be gently used, sanitary and free of pests, odors, and pet hair. The decision to pick up used furniture will be at the delivery team’s sole discretion.
Pickup: Buyer assumes responsibility for merchandise damage or vehicle damage if their purchase is picked up from LA-Z-BOY. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide tie downs, pads and personnel to load merchandise. Buyer is responsible for assuring load is secure and safe for transportation and takes full responsibility for safe transportation. Customers who elect to pick up their merchandise are not eligible for the free one-year in home inspection. Should any merchandise need service, customer shall either assume full responsibility for transportation to and from the LA-Z-BOY service center or pay for an in-home service visit. Pickup hours at the LA-Z-BOY service center are Monday – Friday, 9:00am until 2:00pm by appointment only and must be scheduled at least one day in advance. We require a 48-hour notice if you want to reschedule or cancel a scheduled pickup. A 10% restocking fee (not to exceed $200) will apply if you reschedule less than 48 hours prior to the arranged pickup date. Storage Fees: A $100 monthly storage fee will be added to all orders that have not been paid in full and scheduled for delivery within 30 days of all merchandise being received into our warehouse.
30-Day Price-Match Guarantee: If within 30 days of purchase you find an identical item in new and good condition for a lower price from any local store (within a 50-mile radius of our store) or factory-authorized website (which delivers within a 50-mile radius of our store) LA-Z-BOY will match the price and refund the difference. Clearance items do not apply.
Automated Communication Policy: Customer agrees to receive automated order updates via text message to the phone number you provided. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP”.
ONLINE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: You can track your open orders, review your order history, schedule delivery and request service for your La-Z-Boy furniture online. From date of possession:
- We will honor all LA-Z-BOY Incorporated warranties at our LA-Z-BOY service center located at 729 Paragon Way, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
- One-year free in-home inspection, when a customer pays for our Professional Delivery Service and is delivered within 50 miles of purchasing store (Mileage fees will apply outside of the 50-mile provision).
- One-year free labor on any type of warranty work. Void if product has been subject to misuse or abuse.
- After one-year in-home service fees, labor fees, and shipping / handling for warranty parts will apply.
- Will reattach any button(s) that come(s) off during the lifetime of the product. Product and button(s) must be brought to the store of purchase.
- Product transportation to and from LA-Z-BOY service center is the responsibility of the customer. In-home service or pickup of repair item(s) are available on a charge basis.
- Clearance items will receive manufacturer warranty only.
- “AS-IS” items are not covered under any warranty.
- This policy and Exclusive Service Agreement will be honored by our LA-Z-BOY stores in Evans and Savannah/Hilton Head, Georgia, Asheville, Charlotte and Pineville, North Carolina and Lexington, Greenville, and Charleston, South Carolina.
SEVERABILITY: If any part, term or provision of this contract is held to be illegal, in conflict with any law or otherwise invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portion or portions shall be considered severable and not be affected by such determination, and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be construed and enforced as if the contract did not contain the particular part, term or provisions held to be illegal or invalid.
